CANCELLATION TERMS & GUARANTEE POLICIES
Group blocks: Rooms are not confirmed as reserved until full payment is received. Any room cancellation or date change must be approved by management and is subject to a 10% admin fee of the entire due amount. Cancellations received less than 120 days from check-in date are non-refundable unless the assigned room is re-assigned to another guest within the group block has paid-in full . Any type of room cancellation, date change, or re-assignment is subject to a 10% admin fee of the entire due amount. Any balance due must be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to check-in. Payments are due in U.S. currency.

Travel Insurance.com offers information about travel insurance in case of a cancellation for a variety of reasons. To learn more about travel insurance ask your insurance agent or go online to research the many options offered to travelers. This information is provided as a courtesy, there are no affiliations with travel insurance providers and LLR.

Smoking- Lodging rooms and cabins are non-smoking.  Smoking outside in designated areas is permitted,  unless there is a fire ban implemented by the local or State authorities.  Guest will be notified at check-in if a Fire Ban applies during their stay, resulting in a no smoking stay.  

Pet Policy-Unfortunately pets are not allowed.   Horses are not considered as a none permitted pet.  Guest that bring their own Horse must contact staff to make arrangement for horse boarding.

Additional Guest Fees- Reservations made on-line through the automated system are finalized and billed based on the information provided. In the case of additional guest staying in the room or cabin over and above the number of guest paid for online, an additional guest fee will apply.   LLR will invoice at time of check-in, or check-out, or submit for payment prior to arrival.  None payment of additional guest fees will result in the room reservation is NOT confirmed or guaranteed available. 

Additional Services-  Guest may add-on any additional service prior to or during their stay.  Guest hereby authorize LLR to receive payment for such request by charging guest credit card on file.

Controlled Substance- LLR does not permit within the property unlawful possession or use of controlled substances as defined under either federal or state law. LLR is committed to providing a safe, healthy and memorable experience for all its guests. We therefore ask all guests to respect our policy in maintaining a drug free property, which includes the prohibition of marijuana as required by federal law. 

Notice- Guest and or Guest Invitees do hereby agree that any matter that said Guest / Invitee considers as a dissatisfaction of services or a dispute between parties, Guest/Invitee agrees he/she will provide in writing to LLR the issue and give LLR the opportunity to correct or make an acceptable solution between both parties.   None notice of an issue, problem, dispute or assertion by Guest / Invitee may be considered by LLR as defamation.  

Damage:  Guest are personally liable for any property damage caused by guest. LLR is entitled for reimbursement for said damage based at replacement cost including but not limited to repairs or replacement, collection cost, attorney fees & court cost.

Violation of Policies, Terms & Guarantee-  Guest or Invitee of any guest that violates any LLR policies may result in cancellation of reservation without refund, termination of any service agreement or purchase without refund which may result in guest removal at LLR's discretion.

Guest & or Guest Invitees agrees to hold LLR harmless for any loss or damage to vehicle or personnel articles brought onto property in case of fire, thief, hail, earthquake, weather storm or any other conditions.

The Office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.             Noon- 6:00 p.m. Saturday & Sunday.
